Shipping Information

1. The sold goods will be delivered to buyer within 3 to 4 working days after payment received under normal condition.
    
2. Refund & Return Policies:

   i. Refund only subjects to out of stock situation, we will direct transit the payment back to your credit card or PayPal account.
   
   ii. For any quality problem, please contact our CS within 7 working days for arranging return.
   
   iii. Order number will be provided to you by CS after payment settlement, please keep the order number for CS follow up.
   
    

Delivery Arrangement: For self pick up, there are two locations (Except Saturdays and Public Holidays):　

1. 10/F, M.P. Industrial Ctr., BLK A, Ka Yip Str. 18, Chai Wan, HK (Opening hours: 9am to 1pm & 2 to 6pm) 
   

Purchase over HK$500 (excluded LGT fee) can be entitled Free Delivery service.
Delivery service only subjects to Hong Kong. For out of Hong Kong delivery, please contact our CS hotline 2889 3966 for quotation..

For Faraway Area delivery, additional charge is needed. Please kindly find the following table for Faraway Area:

Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, Mid-Level, Cyberport, Shek O, Stanley, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, New Territories Rural Area or Village (exclude New Towns).

Delivery service charge covers addresses only within a 400m parameter of the unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope, additional $100 surcharge is needed. 

Delivery service does not apply to addresses where flats in buildings without elevators or via stairs, additional $20 for each floor is needed for not more than 8 floors.
